Welcome to Eensgevonden

Eensgevonden is a busy working farm producing some of the regions finest grapes which produce outstanding wine.  The farm is also home to three country-retreat hideaway guest cottages, a small fruit and olive orchard and two private nature reserves, one of which has hiking routes up to Bloukop Peak (791 m) and Queen Victoria Peak (1300 m) with stunning views over the winelands and the Brandvlei dam.

Situated between Worcester and Rawsonville, Eensgevonden is an hour and a half away from Cape Town and set in the glorious scenery of the Breede river valley, nestled at the foot of the mountains.

The Eensgevonden farmhouse is over 200 years old and listed as a provincial heritage site.

Under New Management

In August 2024 Eensgevonden made the transition to new ownership with Martin Kellett taking over from Doug and Sally.  Martin has more than twenty years experience growing grapes in the challenging climate of Southern England and is committed to preserve the finest traditions of the farm.
